Pricing FAQ's

Our base "Get Started" package with no upfront fee carries a 10 month initial term. Once you've completed 10 months of payments, the domain name, website files and email address are free to be migrated to any service you prefer. If you have to cancel for whatever reason within these 10 months we will simply switch everything off for you with no exit fee.

All other packages are a rolling 30 day contract; if you make your payment at the start of the month you have the whole next month of services. If you cancel during a month, we will do our best to backup all services to hand over to you before the months end.

Absolutely! As soon as full payment is made for development or you've completed 10 months of Get Started the website files are yours to do with what you like!

We request that all customers setup a Direct Debit via our 3rd Party Payment Supplier (GoCardless). This allows for easy payments on a monthly date that suits you.

You sure can! We give all of our customers access to the backend of their websites so they can make as many content/image changes that they need.

Our hourly rate is £40 + VAT per hour. Typically we can get a lot done in that hour, and if we've had a detailed specification from you, a new page would take between 30-45 minutes. But we ALWAYS pre-quote for any works so you never get any unexpected bills!
